Method
- Mix olive oil, parsley, dried herbs, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Add mozzarella balls and toss to coat. Let marinate a few minutes.
- Thread each skewer: Kalamata olive, cherry tomato, folded salami, marinated mozzarella, green olive.
- Repeat for all skewers, alternating colors for presentation.
- Arrange on a platter, garnish with rosemary if using. Serve immediately or chill briefly.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 2 days. Can be assembled a few hours ahead; drizzle with extra oil and herbs before serving.
