Soy Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a shallow dish. Add pork chops and coat fully.
  2. Marinate at least 15 minutes, up to 1 hour.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high with a little oil. Remove chops from marinade, letting excess drip off.
  4. Cook 4-6 minutes per side until browned and internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Notes

Easily doubled for a crowd. Serve with rice and a green vegetable.
